She has held executive finance leadership roles with organizations including Bottom Line Concepts, Savage Gear (a Svendsen Sport company later acquired by Pure Fishing), and Swatch Group, advising and supporting organizations ranging from high-growth businesses to multinational enterprises with operations generating billions of dollars in annual revenue. As Founder and Managing Partner of Y2Solution Consulting, Yenely partners with founders, private equity firms, investors, and executive teams to provide fractional CFO services, financial strategy, operational consulting, transaction support, and business transformation. She is known for building high-performing finance organizations, improving reporting and cash flow, implementing scalable systems, and turning complex business challenges into measurable business results. What sets Yenely apart is her multidisciplinary perspective. In addition to executive finance leadership, she has a background in corporate law and real estate, having worked in legal environments, owned and operated a title agency, and actively invested in real estate. This combination of financial, operational, legal, and investment experience enables her to provide practical, well-rounded guidance that extends beyond traditional finance. Yanet Pupo is a finance and accounting executive with more than 12 years of experience helping organizations strengthen financial operations, improve visibility, and build scalable accounting processes. She has partnered with multinational corporations, global manufacturers, financial services firms, and high-growth businesses to transform complex financial challenges into practical, results-driven solutions. Through Y2Solution Consulting, Yanet has led and supported strategic finance and accounting initiatives for organizations including Royal Caribbean Group, Delta Capita, and BKK Hooks International. Her expertise spans multi-entity accounting, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, ERP implementations, operational process improvement, audit readiness, and Fractional Controller/CFO support. She is recognized for improving financial visibility, strengthening internal controls, optimizing working capital, and helping leadership teams make more informed business decisions.
